The Breath of Life-Awakening Your Spirit
We want dear friends, we intend and we expect for you, to live from a place of peace and love, easily and gently, into you lives, into your present and future, that truly allows you to be available for, and to be the creator of…magic and miracles. You know a lot, you understand a great deal. Every time you meditate you’re going to surrender all of that, you’re going to give up the mind and come back through the heart. You’re going to step through the heart and come back to Spirit and you’re going to be naked and you’re going to be free.
Dear friends, here’s the good news. You were born to meditate. It’s really a part of who you are as a human being. If you are spiritual beings having a human experience-and you are. Then there has to be in every human being, and there is, a way to easily access that spiritual component. And we would suggest it is absolutely that conscious breathing, relaxing the body, opening the heart, relaxing the mind.
In that state of focused relaxation, your not asleep, your not dreaming, your not awake, your in a 4th frame of consciousness. In that state, every time you can be renewed, you can be reborn, you can be recreated. The truth is that when you go to sleep at night, when you dream, you do let go of everything. Then you pick up the pieces where you left off and come back to the old ideas and experiences of self.
Meditation gives you another way to work with who you think you are. What you think you are. What you feel. How you feel. So what’s been said here about peace…if we are, and we are, in a state of peace dear friends, then you have greater access to that peace which you are, which we are.
We want to applaud you and praise you and celebrate you and acknowledge you and respect you. And we ask you to do the same with yourselves, dear friends. Many of you are getting very good at this. Respecting your feelings, trusting your feelings, taking care of yourself. Respecting your boundaries. Saying No to what you don’t want so you can say Yes to what you do want.
Most importantly taking time and making space for the Spiritual Dimension of you Life. It’s not going to be like anyone else’s. It”s not going to be like it’s been for you before, necessarily, it’s going to be what it want’s to be and needs to be in the moment. But the great thing is that as you give yourself these moments of peace. And this time to access the deeper aspects of Self.
Every time you do that you’re going to feel more YOU. You’re going to feel more of who you really are. You’re going to feel better about who you really are. You’re going to be more easily ready and able to maintain that connection. When you struggle in your self or the world, you’re saying I don’t feel safe, I don’t feel equal, I don’t feel supported.
In your meditation, when you go into the depth of yourself you are BEING that safety. You are BEING that support. You are being that doorway, window, that bridge, for Love to reach you through peace, and for Love to heal you through your own consciousness.
Dear friends, when love heals you it takes everything that’s unloving, that’s unloved, everything that’s feels so unlovable-it takes it out of your field. But you need to co-operate, you need to allow that, you need to be willing to let it go. So much of life is fighting the old argument from yesterday or last year, or whenever it may be, into today, and worry about it tomorrow and it doesn’t need to be there any longer.
What is happening?
What it trying to happen, is something quite new is getting ready to happen, through you, in you, and as you, in your world. What exactly? Well it comes back to your ability and willingness to have faith and trust in love. Can you have faith and trust in love more deeply more fully, more completely, more totally, more unconditionally than you have ever done before?
If you can say, maybe, yes please, I want to! Then you can let go of the drama, the struggle, the pain, the fear. But be aware, we can not take from you what you’re not willing to acknowledge, we cannot release you from what you’re not willing to surrender.
So be gentle with yourself in this journey into yourself. Yes you’re going to see things in the unconscious in your meditations sometimes that don’t feel good, or easy or comfortable. That’s just a step, that’s just a stage, that’s just a floor on your journey within. Don’t struggle with it, don’t fight it, don’t worry about it. Just acknowledge it, let it go, and….continue to breathe.

In order to create that you need to exactly what that feels like. That that is possible for you, that that is who you are, that that is what life wants for you. That you are willing to feel deserving of unconditional love. Of not needing to know everything or understand anything in order for love to be more real for you.
You know a lot, you understand a great deal. Every time you meditate you’re going to surrender all of that, you’re going to give up the mind and come back through the heart. You’re going to step through the heart and come back to Spirit and you’re going to be naked and you’re going to be free.
Every single time. That is what spirit holds for you .
